Our application is a critical tool for educating and empowering the dental industry and their respective patients. Our users’ privacy is always a primary concern. Use of our website is governed by the following terms and conditions.

Given the stated purpose of the information presented on the Experience Dentistry website, all visitors and users of the application agree that Experience Dentistry is not responsible in any manner or to any extent for the consequences of any action(s) taken by any individual(s) and patient(s) as a result of using the information presented by Dentists and specialists using the Experience Dentistry application. Users shall respect the security of the Section and not attempt to gain access to areas private to Experience Dentistry or other users. These terms and conditions shall be in full compliance with the Privacy Rule of the Act.

Obtaining written informed patient consent and authorization for the use and disclosure of protected health information to D Vision, L.L.C. d/b/a Experience Dentistry, for the purpose of carrying out treatment, payment and healthcare plans. The consent and authorization should also include the use and disclosure for the purpose of transferring, sharing and storage of digital information specifically to Experience Dentistry.
Providing Notice of Privacy Practices to each patient with proper patient acknowledgement of receipt.
